Being a member of Connections offers women an opportunity to share leads, referrals and promote upcoming events. It provides a way to find and build referral partnerships that will help your business to grow. We share ideas, meals, referral sources, and resources. We network by regularly attending meetings, socializing, establishing relationships in and out of meetings, sharing about our business endeavors and community affiliations, and acknowledging other member services and referrals during portions of our fun filled, structured, and unique meetings.

Each member of Connections enjoys her own professional profile, highlighting experience, background and links to website. Plus, special postings are available to promote events, specials, and discounts. Members who advertise their events through the Connections website may post details to our network calendar so other members can easily sign up to attend.

Member meetings are rich with education, inspiration, motivation, and fellowship. Our speakers are specially selected to serve our ever evolving needs. We promote keys for success such as clarity, credibility, and visibility. Members often have an opportunity to practice their newly learned skills during our regular meetings.

An integral part of success is being involved and expanding your network. Connections raises funds to help support higher education re-entry grants for women attending Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. We also encourage members to establish community affiliations and to volunteer within this organization.
