May Guest Speaker:

"Write through your Blocks."

Presentation and workshop by Catharine Bramkamp

You know your material, you are ready to launch your brilliance and inflict it into as many blogs as you can.  Or you are finally asked to write and present your new theories to your peers during a conference.  You are finally asked to speak at TED.

But when you sit down to create your brilliant presentation and blog posts: your mind grows blank, your butt get numb. How can you break through that horrible, debilitating writer’s block?

Learn the tricks of the trade in a quick practical presentation by author and speaker, Catharine Bramkamp.

Catherine's Bio:

Disappointingly, Catharine’s first book, The Boy and the Lion never made it to national distribution, Catharine has responded by devoting her life to writing and publishing bringing her own books to life and helping her clients do the same.

She holds two degrees in English and Creative Writing, is an adjunct professor for University of Phoenix and has published a handful of novels and collections including four books in the Real Estate Diva Mystery series, two Chicken Soup for the Soul books, two books on writing;  Don’t Write Like You Talk  and The Cheap Retreat Workbook.  She just published a poetry collection, Ammonia Sunrise. Her web site is www.YourBookStartsHere.com.

She lives in Northern California with her husband of not enough years who  complains he is never featured in any of her work. They have created two distinct children; one a cowboy, one a physicist. They have one grandchild via the cowboy.

The Boy and the Lion still languishes in her baby book under Year Five.  The illustrations were awesome.  In the end, the lion eats the boy.
